We do the entry to Instructor level education, both for recreational and technical diving programmes.
BASIC DIVER COURSE
The Basic Diver course, like non other, comprises theory lessons, pre-pool & pool training sessions and finally, an open sea trip consisting of four training dives. This course aims to prepare students to dive safely and have a full understanding of the sport. Unlike other dive facilities and agencies, Friendly Waters offers the industry’s most prestigious diver education label.
Our SCUBA DIVING INTERNATIONAL (SDI) programme stands out as one of the most comprehensive and effective training course to-date. SDI and Friendly Waters offers computer diving as the future of scuba diving. We do not use the local bumboats that are a horror to many who have been on board one. Make- up class and extra pool sessions are chargeable. Deposits and course fees paid are non-refundable

All Candidates must be insured for the training trip. FWS can arrange this for S$45 comprehensive Travel & Training coverage

Students MUST have a valid passport with min 6 months validity to travel. Those requiring VISAs for Indonesia pls apply 2 weeks before departure

All Candidates must be able to swim 200m and stay afloat for 10mins un-assisted.
